ABOUT
A small tool.
Clear rules.
MorphPass helps people create random strings that fit a particular character format. It offers length, character groups, exact counts, exclusions, custom alphabets and batches. This information site explains those settings and publishes practical password guides. A separate ad-free site runs the generator.
What this version does differently
Exact counts make the result length equal to the sum of the groups you request, instead of forcing a fixed pattern. Excluded characters are removed before random selection, and impossible settings produce an error. The worked examples explain this without collecting settings or real passwords.
How the guides are written
Factual claims in the guides link to the primary source we checked, such as NIST, CISA, the FBI, the FTC or the vendor’s own page, and quotations are copied exactly. Arithmetic we did ourselves is labeled as ours. If you find an error, please report it using the contact details below.
How it is funded
The generator is free and has no ads. The plan is to fund it with Google AdSense ads on the guide pages only, plus clearly labeled affiliate links on some guide pages. No advertising approval or income is promised. See the privacy notice.
Checks and limits
The code has local engine, interaction and browser checks for supported settings and for the separation between the two sites. It has not been independently security-audited. Read the implementation explanation to understand its limits.
